Our upland bird hunting specialists will accompany you to ensure you receive the attention and guidance you need to get the most out of your hunting experience. They can even walk you through the best way to handle your firearm to increase your odds of hitting your feathered target. Our world class hunting dogs are trained by Ken Chenoweth, who also serves as outfitter and guide for Mountain Creek Ranch.

Mountain Creek Ranch European hunts are centered around a world class release tower and 12 stations. There is a 6-gun minimum and 24-gun maximum. If your group needs additional guns, MCR can supply them. Each shooter gets 15 birds; additional birds can be purchased. Quails are ground-nesting, mid-sized birds of the pheasant family. When they get startled by bird dogs, they fly into the air, making them perfect hunting specimens.
